Register as a volunteer and gain experience in conference logistics from behind the scenes!

As a volunteer, you will assist the NYMSAG team in the following range of responsibilities for one half of the conference:

Check-in and registration
-
Presentation set up support
-
Welcome and Keynote Speaker set up support
-
Reception and Life Abroad Expo assistance
-
Navigational assistance for attendees
If you are interested in volunteering for the conference, please navigate to the Registration page and select your preferred shift:

First shift: 9:00am-12:45pm
-
Second shift: 1:45pm-5:00pm
Volunteers will also receive a $5 discount on the registration fee for the conference. Please note that proceeds from the conference will be used to establish a new study abroad scholarship for students in the New York Metro Area.
