Volunteer with Us

Register as a volunteer and gain experience in conference logistics from behind the scenes!

As a volunteer, you will assist the NYMSAG team in the following range of responsibilities for one half of the conference:

  • Check-in and registration

  • Presentation set up support

  • Welcome and Keynote Speaker set up support

  • Reception and Life Abroad Expo assistance

  • Navigational assistance for attendees

If you are interested in volunteering for the conference, please navigate to the Registration page and select your preferred shift:

  • First shift: 9:00am-12:45pm

  • Second shift: 1:45pm-5:00pm

Volunteers will also receive a $5 discount on the registration fee for the conference. Please note that proceeds from the conference will be used to establish a new study abroad scholarship for students in the New York Metro Area.
